U.S. House passes resolution threatening to suspend aid to Palestinians

Last night a majority of the U.S. House – 407 of the 435 representatives – passed a resolution urging President Obama’s administration to halt financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority if its leaders move forward in their bid for U.N. recognition of a Palestinian state:

The resolution was welcomed by the Anti-Defamation League, commending the members of Congress “for mobilizing a resounding message that the Palestinians cannot reject direct negotiations with Israel and embrace Hamas,” said Robert G. Sugarman, ADL National Chair and Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director.

“Instead of reconciling with Israel, the Palestinian Authority has reconciled with Hamas, a terrorist, anti-Semitic organization sworn to Israel’s destruction,” they added. “The Palestinians need to take seriously the President’s warning that, ‘Symbolic actions to isolate Israel at the United Nations in September won’t create an independent state.”

The resolution states that “Palestinian efforts to gain recognition of a state outside direct negotiations demonstrates absence of a good faith commitment to peace negotiations, and will have implications for continued United States aid.”

It is no longer up to the funds of the USA. The UN is now over 50% Muslim. Think about that. The Lord is coming soon for His body the church who is the people of God. Are you ready? Are you born again and watching for His coming. It will be so quick the religeous and the unsaved will not see or know it until they realise that we are gone. Shalom

I am not for supporting the UN at all. We put of the money just for people to come and call our president names like Satan. I would like to see it at least moved out of the US. I was in the eighth grade when the Un was started up. I remember how safe we kids all felt then that the UN would be the answer to all our problems. At that time Russia was still our top enemy. The Iron curtain and communist. Now I curse the day that the UN was started!

Let’s keep it going. For the first time in history, in world wide solidarity with the God of Israel, churches/synagogues from across the globe will read from the Torah on Aug. 13 or 14th. The reading is Deut. 6:4-9 which states we love the Lord with all our heart, mind soul and strength, known as the Shema. All peoples will literally be joining a chorus of voices proclaiming that the God of Israel is the One and Only God. Please join in.

And quit funding the UN… We don’t want global government, or global warming, or global currency. We want our trusted allies back and quit giving our money to these rogue dictators…

Why don’t you just suspend all funds now and quit threatening to do it. We all know they want to kill us and use our money to do it. When will you congressman get it. Just like giving Obama a higher debt limit so he has another slush fund.

It is about time Washington got their heads out of the sand. However, with Obama naming Israel as a terrorist state I don’t know how much pull this will have.

I am ABSOLUTELY & COMPLETELY behind my country’s Ally, Israel….even if Obama isn’t, by his own actions as proof! I applaud & salute the U.S. House reps for doing what is RIGHT!!! We the People of the United States of America should be more active in helping our long time Allies, up & above the TERRORIST PALESTINIANS. I say this due to the Palestinian Authorities blatant attempt to embrace the EVIL human killing group HAMAS . Not to mention trying to circumvent the peace negotiations that is much needed if the Palestinians intend on living next to Israel in the lands Israel gave to them out of the spirit of peace! OTHERWISE the Palestinians need to vacate immediately these above mentioned lands rightfully Israel’s!

It’s about time. I would like to see the names posted of the ones that did NOT vote for this. If any are from my state, I would like to know so I can vote AGAINST them come next election.
