University of California at Berkeley is being sued for not providing Jewish students with adequate security against anti-Israel activists on campus. The lawsuit has been issued on behalf of 21-year-old Jessica Felber, who claims that she was attacked by Husam Zakharia, leader of the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), during a rally.
Felber was holding up a sign that read “Israel Wants Peace” when Zakharia rammed a shopping cart into Felber, causing her injury.
The lawsuit claims that UC Berkeley policies “fostered and encouraged” pro-terrorist incitement, by failing “to effectively discipline the MSA [Muslim Student Association] and SJP for their pro-terrorist programs, goals, and conduct.”
Anti-Israel activity has been widespread on university campuses. Last year, two University of California professors publicly warned of the direction in which Muslim extremism on campus was heading, citing the potential risk to Jewish students.
For years, university campuses in the U.S. and Europe have become the new front for anti-Israel propaganda, where students are subjected to misinformation meant to demonize Israel as an oppressive state unwilling to make peace.

This sounds like grounds for a lawsuit against that muslim student, b/c that was a hate crime & should be treated as one. Also UC Berkely is responsible for the safety of their students.

Despite being called a leader for justice, Husam Zakharia did an injustice and should be (1) charged with assault and (2) expelled from UC Berkeley. This is an accurate reflection of the hatred so many Palestinians have towards the Jews. “I am for peace, but when I speak, they are for war” (Psalm 120:7). What happened to “liberty and justice for all” in the United States of America? I hope Jessica Felber is okay. May her Constitutional rights be upheld and defended.

I have to say i for one am not enjoying the islamic and muslim ways, and do not like sharia law whatsoever, and i;m getting sick of their violent ways, religion is what it is, a belief in God and thats as far as it should go, America is the land of the Free to chose to be who you are and thats the way it has been since the Country began 200 yrs ago… Christians, Jews and all Faiths have coexisted Peacibly since , theres no room in this Country for a religion that wants to overtake over the World through violence, and forcivly push their fake religion on us as well, i say i for one will fight to the death for my faith in God and Country!!!!!

When one can’t identify the enemy of freedom (Islam) and responds to aggression with denial of it’s true motivation and attemps to pacify the aggressor with “cultural sensitivity” at the expense of other cultures and faiths, this is what you get. Wake up America, before it’s too late!!!

I think that if the roles were reversed, UCBerkley would jump to the aide of Husam, and immediatly expelled Miss Felber. That’s the PC way of doing things. Offend any and all those of Christian and Jewish faith, but, walk on eggshells around muslims.

If a Jew had run a shopping cart into a Muslim holding a protest sign,the student would probably be expelled, but then Jews don’t express displeasure by planting bombs.

Actually, with today’s political climate, had a Christian been the victim, or the violator, the results would have been the same as they were for the young Jewish girl.
